Ma. Theresa (‘Terry’) started her career in real estate on a part time basis in 2000 selling raw land and residential lots.

Her interest in real estate continued as she later worked in the Assessor’s office of the Local Government unit in Lemery during 2001 to early 2003. Later in 2003 ‘Terry’ began to work in real estate full time and decided to make it her ‘career’.

In 2004 her proven sales ability was instrumental in her gaining accreditation at different subdivisions as an official sales agent and Marketing Associate.

In 2005 she was promoted to Marketing Manager at some of those subdivisions and began managing her own team of 5 salespeople.

In 2007 ‘Terry’ was further promoted to Marketing Director in some of the subdivisions and she handled 5 Marketing Managers with a minimum of 3 marketing associates each plus another 3 of her own sales agents bringing her total team to 18 sales personnel.

In both 2007 and 2008 Ma. Theresa was awarded as the Top Grossing Salesperson of the Year by FIL - Southbay Land Development, Inc.

Ma. Theresa will be training our sales personnel in all aspects of handling, promoting and selling subdivisional lots and house & lot packages. She will also be teaming with Ellis, our Marketing Director in training the sales people in everyday sales skills, negotiating, sourcing buyers, buyer follow-up, seller follow-up, general motivational skills etc.

We are very pleased to have someone as skilled and with the knowledge that Ma. Theresa has on our team and we know that both the sales people and our clients will benefit from her input.
