THELMA HEBBERD

Thelma has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and worked for 23 years with the Commission for Higher Education (CHED) in Quezon City, PHILIPPINES where she was secretary to the Director before she met and married Ellis and moved to Australia.
Although not initially physically involved in real estate sales, Thelma took a close interest in her husband’s work and gained a great insight into real estate procedures in Australia before they moved back to the Philippines.

In Australia Thelma passed her Certificate III in Children’s Services and worked in a modern Child Day Care facility in Broome, Western Australia. She later started her own business.

In January 2008 Ellis and Thelma returned to the Philippines to live in their property overlooking Balayan Bay at Butong, Taal, Batangas. Both work with the under-privileged children in that area holding regular Christian based programs on a Saturday morning and assisting the students with homework assignments in the early evening on school nights.

In September 2008 Thelma undertook the seminar review course for the Real Estate Broker’s Licensure Examination and passed the exam a few weeks later. She is pleased to now be working closely with her husband in their own real estate business.

Thelma is also one of the Charter Members of the Taal Heritage Lions Club in Taal, Batangas.
