Ellis has been involved with real estate sales, management, leasing and auctions for more than 37 years (since Jan 1972) in Australia and he has held the equivalent of the Real Estate Broker’s License for more than 34 years.

Ellis holds many other real estate qualifications and has numerous awards for sales volume achieved during his career, plus he attained the Diploma in Management Practices from the Australian Institute of Management. Ellis has successfully managed real estate offices in 3 States of Australia including South Australia, where he began his career in 1972, Queensland and Western Australia. He has also held an Auctioneer’s License in each of those 3 States.

For the 14 years prior to moving from Australia to the Philippines Ellis worked with the same organization (PRDnationwide) and managed their Broome office until January 2008. He attained many awards for his sales and commercial leasing achievements during his time with this organization.

As a Sales Manager Ellis was highly regarded for his quality training and ethical standards, which he insisted that his staff adhere to. Ellis undertook the seminar review for the Philippines Real Estate Broker’s Licensure Exam in Batangas City in September 2008 so that he would gain a better understanding of real estate practices in the Philippines even though he was unable to sit the exam, not being a Filipino citizen.

Ellis was an active member of Rotary International in both South Australia and Broome in Western Australia and held positions as Treasurer, Fund Raising Co-ordinator etc.
